HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37228 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved over non-completion of the investigation in Crime No.639 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsing Police Station, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the above crime was registered on 29.12.2015. But the investigation has not been completed so far.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondents No.3 is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible."

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
