This Writ Petition is filed under Sections 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.303 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Party in person present and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
