This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 06.06.2011 in I.A.No.2057 of 2009 in O.S.No.404 of 2002 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District. As per office note, O.S.No.404 of 2002 itself was decreed on 28.03.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
