HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.17745 of 2017

ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioner states that she is a member of Vasanthi Self Help Group and was appointed as fair price shop dealer for shop No.119, Bhahujan Nagar, Kadapa City, Kadapa Mandal, Y.S.R.District, on temporary basis, vide proceedings dated 15.06.2013. While so, the shop was inspected on 9.4.2017 and a report was submitted by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar on 10.04.2017. After receipt of the said report, the 3rd respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 22.04.2017 pending enquiry. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew attention of this Court with regard to the merits of the case on the ground that variations are marginal and other charges are trivial in nature, but in view of pendency of enquiry before the 3rd

respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the case.

Since three months have elapsed, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate order by following due process of law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 7th August, 2018 rkk
