THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1795 OF 2009 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed seeking to quash the order, dated 10.12.2008, in Election Original Petition No.28 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge-cum-Election Tribunal at Yellamanchili.

Admittedly, no interim order in favour of the petitioner was passed by this Court till date. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the matter pertains to the year 2009, this Court is of the view that the cause in this writ petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
