This petition is filed to withdraw C.C.No.127 of 2015 from the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar and transfer the same to the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal.
2. Husband of the 2nd respondent filed this petition. According to his affidavit, his marriage with the 2nd respondent was performed in the year 1999 and both of them lived happily for some time and that they blessed with two female children and thereafter, the 2nd respondent gave report before the Raidurga Police Station that the petitioner No.1 and his family members are harassing her for additional dowry, which was registered as Crime No.72 of 2012 under Section 498-A IPC and Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner No.1 filed O.P.No.200 of 2014 before the Judge, Family Court, Warangal against the 2nd respondent seeking dissolution of marriage. The 2nd respondent and other witnesses are residents of Warangal. For these reasons, he prayed for transfer of C.C.No.127 of 2015 from the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents. Perused the material available on record.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent not denied the fact that the entire incident took place at Warangal and the witnesses are also residents of Warangal. Learned counsel also submitted that for the convenience of the parties, C.C. may be transferred to Warangal.

Considering reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the request of both the counsel, C.C.No.127 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate,Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District and transferred to the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, for disposal in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
