HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 39 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioners - A1 and A2 in connection with Crime No. 100 of 2016 of Ramadugu Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioners and that the petitioners are habitual offenders, I do not see any reason to enlarge them on bail. Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
