THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CONTEMPT CASE NO.1490 OF 2013 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the interim order passed by the Division Bench in WA.No.1550 of 2012 dated 09.07.2013.

A letter has been now filed by Sri V.T.M.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, that, subsequently, WA.No.1550 of 2012 was itself disposed of on 19.11.2013. As an interlocutory order passed in the Writ Appeal, would not survive disposal of the main appeal itself, we see no reason to proceed against the respondents, under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the alleged violation of the interim order.
