Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy under Section 200 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Magistrate. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
