WRIT PETITION No. 22511 of 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed assailing the action of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in entertaining the application filed by the third respondent herein and changing the revenue records in respect of certain extents of land in Survey No.641 of Rampally Dayara Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The writ petition was dismissed for default against respondents 3 to 6 as per the Court order dated 29.12.2010. As respondents 3 to 6 are vitally affected by the outcome of this Writ Petition, the issues raised herein cannot be adjudicated once the Writ Petition stands dismissed against them.

The Writ Petition therefore has to be dismissed in its entirety and it is accordingly so dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
