Heard learned counsel for the parties.

According to the petitioner, his son aged about 25 years was murdered on 14.11.2014 and on his report, a case in Cr.No. 193 of 2014 was registered under Sections 302, 307 and 109 IPC of PS Madnoor, Nizamabad district.

Though the involvement of respondents 5 to 7 was reported by the petitioner, their

names are not mentioned in the FIR and as such the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to include the respondents 5 to 7 as accused in the said crime.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions from 4th respondent-investigating officer, submits that after registration of crime, 16 witnesses were examined and their statements were recorded. The complainant and his relatives stated that the 5th respondent appears to be a conspirator for the murder of petitioner's son. He also submits that the investigation is still pending for want of examination of some more witnesses and collection of material evidence and the complicity of respondents 5 to 7 in the offence would also be investigated and if any material evidence is found against them, the 4th respondent would take steps against them in accordance with law.

In view of the above, it is appropriate to await outcome of the investigation. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously and if involvement of the respondents 5 to 7 is found, take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. No order as to costs.
