HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17174 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the F.I.R. upon the complaint, dated 29.7.2019, of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, crime has been registered and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of infructuous.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
