When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.10.2017 issued by the respondents extending the benefit to the petitioner as sought for by him in the present writ petition.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
