HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 20813 of 2013 O R D E R:- The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in investigating Crime No.11 of 2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home while referring to written instructions of even date submits that Crime No. 11 of 2013 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 read with 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The investigating officer has sent proposal to Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bapatla for referring the crime as false. The Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bapatla, through orders dated 06.05.2016 in C.No.166/ Refer/ SDPOBPL/ 2016, permitted to file a report. It is a fact that the petitioner is not yet served with either referral notice or copy of the final report. The learned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that respondent Nos.1 to 5 would communicate copy of the referral notice or report to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The petitioner, if so advised, is given liberty to workout her remedies after she receives referral notice/ report.

SVB,J WP_20813_2013 The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
