HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.785 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 08.07.2011 in I.A.No.64 of 2011 in O.S.No.533 of 2007 on the file of the Court of IX Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. As per the office note, the suit O.S.No.533 of 2007 was disposed of on 12.03.2012. On 17.03.2017 learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that still the suit is pending. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that restoration petition is pending. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, dismissal of this petition does not preclude the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
