The writ petition is filed complaining inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in passing orders on the application filed by the petitioner for conversion of agricultural land in an extent of Ac.2.30 cents in Survey No.674/ 2 of Remidicherla Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Vinukonda, Guntur District.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the file has been processed and according to enquiry made on the request for conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural purpose, revealed that a few third party claims are there. Though a few more submissions on merits are stated, this Court refrains from referring to these reasons, for those reasons ought to be informed while disposing of the application of the petitioner. The statement of Assistant Government Pleader to dispose of the application is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

No order as to costs.
