In the present Writ Petition, the petitioners herein are seeking a direction to the respondents herein to hold elections for 5th respondent Gram Panchayat.

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned Government Pleader that the State Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.359, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (ELEC.II) Department, dated 25.07.2013, altering the limits of Tirupati Municipality by including the 5th respondent Gram Panchayat also and the said Government G.O. is placed on record. 3.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication.
