This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 05.11.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.361 of 2012 in Interlocutory Application No.316 of 2012 in Original Suit No.105 of 2012, by the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy, whereby, the petition filed to modify the order passed in Interlocutory Application No.316 of 2012, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the main suit was disposed of on 03.03.2015 by the Court below, as such, the petition has become infructuous. 3.
