O R D E R

In this writ petition, petitioner is challenging the proceedings No.02/95(77)/07-VSP dated 03.12.2007 of the 3rd respondent - Depot Manager, in imposing the punishment of withholding of annual increment for a period of one year.

Impugned proceeding was of the year 2007 and the petitioner approached this court in the year 2018 after about a period of eleven years. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, there is no whisper about the delay.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to argue on merits, he did not bring to the notice of this court any reasonable cause for the inordinate delay.

In view of the same, only on the ground of latches, writ petition is dismissed.
