This petition is filed by the accused No.2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.184 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence under Section 304B read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
