HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4964 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A1 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The petitioner is A.1 among 5 accused in crime No.28 of 2018 of Asif Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384, 448 & 506 IPC from the alleged occurrence on 07.02.2018 & 08.02.2018 covered by the report on 08.02.2018. From perusal of the very report of the defacto complainant, there is prima facie accusation including against the petitioner. The petitioner/A.1 and A.3 are in abscondence as per the instructions received by the learned Public Prosecutor and accused Nos.2, 4 & 5 were arrested on 09.02.

2018 and they obtained regular bail and from perusal of the material on record, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail also for the fact that the petitioner is involved in three more cases i.e., one under Section 353 IPC against public servant in crime No.308 of 2015, another under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC in crime No.351 of 2015 and another under Sections 417, 494, 498-A & 506 IPC in crime No.101 of 2016 all of Asif Nagar Police Station. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
