This is an application filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18150 of 2015 dated 22.6.2015.

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that in terms of the orders of this Court dated 22.6.2015, the Director of School Education-respondent herein vide Proc Rc.No.311/PS2-1/2015 dated 16.12.2015, rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner. In support thereof, a copy of the said proceedings is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

3. In view of the above, this contempt case is closed and the Respondent herein stands discharged. There shall be no order as to costs.
