Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.6925 of 2018 vide order dated 19.06.2018 and pray for disposing of the present writ petition in terms thereof.
The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of by the following order:
The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representation dated 30.07.2019 by registered post with acknowledgment due by enclosing a copy of this order to respondents 1 and 2 within two weeks from today. The 1st respondent shall consider the representation and issue directions as are warranted to the 2nd respondent for consideration of the petitioners' case in terms of G.O.Ms.No.185 dated 11.03.1997 within four weeks thereafter. The 2nd respondent can also independently take up the exercise and consider the case of petitioners in terms of G.O.Ms.No.185 dated 11.03.1997 within eight weeks from today.
