HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16684 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A2, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 09.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3702 of 2016 in Cr.No. 251 of 2016-17 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Paderu, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
