THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI Writ Petition No. 12013 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly on in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the order dated 7-6-2013, bearing F. No. SRCAPP463 / B.Ed.,/AP/2013-14/52176, passed by the respondent herein refusing and rejecting the grant of recognition to run B.Ed., Course as sought for vide application No.SRCAPP463, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, unjust, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and a direction thereon to the respondent be granted to issue recognition to the petitioners herein to impart education in the B.Ed., Course and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and in the circumstances of the case."

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.2603 of 2015 dated 17-03-2015.

A copy of the same is placed on record.

This Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition on the same lines.

Following the same and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, permitting the petitioners herein to make appropriate application to the respondent in terms of new NCTE Regulations, 2014, as and when notification is issued by NCTE, and if such an application is made by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondent, in accordance with law.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the writ petition shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
