CVNR, J & GSP, J C.R.P.No.4560 of 2016 23.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the docket order, dated 16.08.2016, in I.A.No.1 of 2016 in Arb.Case No.894 of 2014 on the file of the Arbitral Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Since the arbitrator is not impleaded, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh revision petition, by impleading the arbitrator.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.5915 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
