Sri Prem Kumar Pothina, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 28.02.2019 to the Registry stating that he was instructed to withdraw the Writ Petition. Sri T. Ravinder Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Prem Kumar Pothina, reiterates the request in person and also seeks leave that the petitioner's liberty may be reserved to file a fresh case, if warranted.
