HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2254 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioners vide proceedings dated 23.09.2006.

2. This Court by order dated 05.02.2010 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 29.06.2009 and pass orders.

3. The respondents considered the representation dated 29.06.2009 and once again rejected the claim of the petitioners for appointment on compassionate grounds. In view of the same, in the absence of any challenge to the subsequent order, the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
