HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Contempt Case No.2393 of 2016 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J.) The grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above contempt petition is that despite the direction issued by this Court to the respondents to continue them as Accountants in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Society, their services have been terminated by order dated 20-07-2016.

2. The respondents have filed a counter as well as additional counter taking a stand that by virtue of the orders passed in a writ petition, male staff working in residential schools for girls are sought to be relocated to residential schools for boys and that in view of the allegations in general, male staff cannot be continued in residential schools for girls.

3. Taking into account the additional counter, the contempt case is disposed of directing the respondents to accommodate the petitioners in a residential school for boys within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. ________________________ V.
