HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.2439 OF 2017 ORDER:

The revision petitioner is the appellant in A.S. No.9 of 2017 in the Court of II Additional District Judge, Kurnool. The petitioner filed I.A. No.115 of 2017 for grant of temporary injunction. The application was filed on 10.03.2017. The grievance of petitioner is that the application filed for interim relief is adjourned from time to time and the petitioner is subjected to hardship and prejudice. Mr.Butta Vijaya Bhaskar further contends that the petitioner enjoyed the relief of injunction during the pendency of O.S. No.134 of 2016. For the above reasons, this Court is of the view that the learned II Additional District Judge disposes of I.A. No.115 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to seek a date from appellate Court by presenting the order copy by way of memo.
