In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A1 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.45 of 2012 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 12.08.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.45 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
