THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.386 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

Sri A. Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, would submit that they have given up vakalat for the appellant in the year 2011 and even issued a notice to the appellant.

But, the record shows that the appellant has not entered appearance through yet another Advocate. It reflects that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the appeal.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
