This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in permitting the respondent No.4 in setting up a Rock crushing and Ready mix unit in Sy.No.652, Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, R.R.District for the purpose of laying outer Ring Road, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to stop rock crushing and concrete mixing unit. Learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the Rock crushing and Ready mix unit in Sy.No.652, Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, R.R.District has already been removed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
