This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in mutating the name of the 4th respondent in municipal records and granting house number, in spite of the objections filed by the petitioner and pendency of suit, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct respondents 2 and 3 to remove the name of the 4th respondent from the municipal records. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3Municpality. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property. While so, when respondents 2 and 3 are trying to mutate the name of the 4th respondent in the municipal records by granting house number, the petitioner filed objections on 31.01.2019. But, till date the said objections are not being disposed of.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the objections filed by the petitioner on 31.01.2019 in accordance with law.
