This Criminal petition is filed under Section 43g Cr.p.C. I seeking bail to petitioner/Accused No. 1 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 119 of 2018 on the file of Maldakal Mandal Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 46g and, 4TO read with.34 of Indian penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A. 1 and learned Assistant Public prosecutor for the respondent_State. 3.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against petitioner/A. 1 is upto seven years, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent-police are directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 4l_A Cr.p.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar o, Sta;te of Biharr scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. The Criminal Petition is accordingly, disposed of. 1 lzot+; a scc zz:
