This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Rc.No.435/2015/E6/HR, dated 17.08.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioner from service. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order in the Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to file appeal against the impugned order.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the 2nd respondent and on such filing the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
