ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent to conduct auction on 30-05-2012 as per L.F.No.HL48/031 in E.P.No.50/11-CT as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and contrary to one time settlement scheme as permitted in proceedings No.35535/2007/UBL-2(LU-1), dated 22-03-2012."

At the hearing, Sri M.V.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 23.05.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.20116 of 2012 shall

stand disposed of as infructuous.
