This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 04.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.43011 of 2015. At the hearing, Mr. Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that initially, the structures which were raised contrary to the sanctioned plan/without sanctioned plan were partially demolished and that, after 09.9.2016, when, the case was adjourned last, the remaining portions were also demolished. He has, accordingly, submitted that as the Corporation has demolished the illegal structures completely, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication.
