This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner seeking bail in COR No.118 of of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Serilingampally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 22(c) of NDPS Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
