HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15048 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made complaint to the 3rd respondent on 09-02-2018 against respondents 4 and 5. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions stated that since the matter is civil in nature, the petitioner was informed of the same. But the same is disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the police are directed to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms of the judgment of Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1 if not already taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
