This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act, assailing the Order dated 29.03.2014 passed in W.C.No.29 of 2013 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour - II, Hyderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
