ORDER

This Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and ,I 439 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner - Accused in S.C.No.4 of 2022 on the file of I Additional District Judge at Warangal, arising out of Cr.No.77 of 2022 on the file of Railway Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offence punishable under Section B(c) read with 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, seeking bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record.

Earlier, this Court, by order dated 19-04-2022 in Cr.P.No.3244 of 2022, has directed the trial Court i.e, I Additional District Judge, Warangal District, to fix schedule and complete trial within a period of four months and in the event of not completing the trial within the stipulated period, petitioner/accused is at liberty to move for bail. But, even before completion of the said stipulated period of four months, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking bail on the self-same grounds. Hence, there are no grounds to entertain the present application.
