ORDER

The complaint in the present writ petition is that the police authorities are calling the petitioner herein to the Police Station without registration of any crime and asking the petitioner to settle the issue with the unofficial respondents by making the petitioner to sit hours together at the Police Station.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Porumamilla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, dated 05.06.2015, to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said instructions, it is stated that the police registered a case in Cr.No.86 of 2015 under Sections 420, 406, 307, 341, 506 IPC read with Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the Investigating Officer took up investigation and the same is going on. It is further stated that the present writ petition is filed by making false allegations against the respondents-police. It is also stated that the police never called the petitioner and never asked him to settle the matter with the 5th respondent.

4. On noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to record the said instructions and close the writ petition.

5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed, by recording the instructions referred to supra. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
