OFFICE NOTE LK,J 21.01.2022 I.A.No.2 of 2021 This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court.

This Court by order dated 06.09.2021 while granting bail to the petitioners imposed condition that they shall appear before the Station House Officer, Cherial Police Station, Siddipet District, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that ever since from the date of release, petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and in view of prevelance of covid-19, petitioners are facing hardship to attend before the police on every Sunday, as such the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also does not dispute the fact that petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition (ii) imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before the police, whenever his presence is required. Police shall give advance notice to the accused.
