ASMP.No.1677 of 2016 is filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking permission of the Court to withdraw A.S.No.349 of 2015 with liberty to the appellant to file a comprehensive suit before the Court below For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, ASMP.No.1677 of 2016 is allowed and consequently, A.S.No.349 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file a comprehensive suit as per law.
