HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8687 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she filed revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') against the order dated 20.05.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent in the appeal filed by the unofficial respondents herein. As no orders are passed either in the stay petition or in the main revision, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on today, petitioner's name is continuing in the revenue records basing on the decree passed by the Civil Court in OS.No.7 of 2006 and that by virtue of the orders impugned in the revision, the name of the petitioner sought to be deleted. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Act, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, in accordance with law, if not already disposed of. Till disposal of revision, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding entries in the revenue records.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
