HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 11885 of 2002 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is seeking appointment as Junior Lineman in terms of B.P.Ms.No.36, dated 18.5.1997 and that the said B.P.Ms.No.36, was withdrawn on 30.8.2006.

In view of the above submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
