Sri K. Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 09.07.2019 passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in W.P. Nos.13016 and 13045 of 2019, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. Recording the above submission, following the aforesaid decision, in terms thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The aforesaid decision shall form part of the record. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition stand closed.
