When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Transfer C.M.P. has become infructuous as the cause in the Transfer C.M.P. does not survive for adjudication. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer C.M.P., shall stand dismissed.
