This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 in C.C. No.418 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the matter was settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3.
